Well OBVIOUSLY, that’s the same for literally any game. There’s always a flood of people at the start then people start tapering off. I just don’t get the “people still play this?” attitude some people have.

The in person events are actually going to unlock legendary raids all over the world, so it’s not region based. I’m sure the safari zones are going to branch out more later.

I saw someone point out on Twitter yesterday that Crystal probably isn’t coming because the Japanese version had online trading thru a special cell phone device, and it’d probably be hard to make that functionality work. So no Crystal for Japan, no Crystal for the rest of us.

They were never ever ever ever EVER gonna jump to the Switch with this. That’d be LOSING money as the install base isn’t there like it is for the 3DS. The next generation of games will be on the Switch, once it’s a more commonly owned system.

Only thing that’s sad about this? No Crystal, which is easily the best all around (non remake) Pokemon game.
