The Home Run Crack is wonderful. It’s one of the reasons baseball is so great on the radio, you KNOW when that stuff happens. Also, if the pitcher throws a high speed fastball and it’s not hit or fouled off or anything I love the soft ffumf sound the catcher’s mitt makes.

In this same vein, I love how exciting exploring for Korok seeds can make the game. Yesterday I scaled a mountain EXPECTING to find a Korok and instead found one of those giant rock monsters.

Was taking on Eventide Island (probably way to early) and I was on the fight with the Hinox, and I had him at about half health. I got him to fall on his ass...right on top of me. GAME OVER, I went on to explore other things after spending the better part of yesterday afternoon on the island.

Not for me sadly. The only even stuff that showed up for me were Jigglypuff and a single Clefairy.

I got an Upgrade for my 7 day streak bonus last week. I have a Porygon from an egg, and 15 Porygon candy. I made Porygon my buddy as I’m not delusional enough to think I’m gonna find a wild Porygon. He take 3km for 1 candy. So in another 105km game distance I’ll have me a Porygon2!

There before or not, it’s still exciting.

Wait, everyone knows this is just for past consoles games right? You can still purchase new games digitally, but you won’t be able to play the NES, SNES, N64, DS, or oft rumored Gamecube games yet.

The generation hasn’t even started yet though. There is every possibility that the Virtual Console could be up by April 3rd or something, or it could be later! I suppose I don’t get why people are so upset about not being able to play OLD games that they probably already own, when there are a bunch of NEW games coming…

The answer to this question is obviously “No,” and I’ll throw in that I’ve ever seen on Arms says that once you get your hands on it the game is great.

I’d wager a significant portion of this is to make sure the size & shape are as different from 3DS game cases as they can make it. They want to make sure people know this is a new system.
