I had a hard time getting grass to grow in my back yard at my last home. The area was small, probably 30' x 15' of grass. We had a landscaper come out. He suggested artificial turf, like the fieldturf that many sports fields are using. He wanted $10k to put it in. Hard Pass.

Also, this seems to be missing the point that most people renting cars are business travelers, whos employers limit them to certain car classes.
