They are collecting info about me for profit. I've giving it to them. And in return I get awesome services like Gmail, free of charge. They aren't hiding the fact that they do it, so its not evil at all.

Very timey guide. I just cracked the screen on my Nexus 5 yesterday when it had a not even 2 foot drop out of my car. Had worse and was fine. But I don't think I'm gonna fix it, $150 is too much to fix it. Works great just don't look as pretty anymore.

Even if you use Hangouts for SMS you can't do it. That still sends an SMS not a hangout message. I don't care about the app that sends the SMS its still an SMS and not the IM that I want.
I think it will come in the future. It works on Glass.

Interesting. That AMD APU-Motherboard combo might be worth it for an upgrade to my Freenas Box (The Atom in it now is start to show its slowness with the Plex plugin)

Are there any Google Voice style tweaks? Ultimately I'd want sometime along the lines of Voice+ on Cyanogenmod, but a nice way to send GV sms over data would breathe some new use into my iPhone.

Likely wouldn't work. When you get phones though Amazon or Best Buy for cheaper is there is often things saying you will stay will Carrier X for so long or pay our own ETF of sorts.
