Pumpkintown!!
I would LOVE to publish the contract I got embroiled in and see if you still feel the same about why we have written ones but a confidentiality clause prevent it and I’m not about to get that whole shit started back up.
No, there is no real way. There will always be some sort of language stating that you read and agreed to every word on the page and had the opportunity to have it reviewed by your attorney.
I have been a victim of binding arbitration. If you see those words on anything you are about to sign run as fast and as far away as you can.
This, this may be the greatest thread I’ve seen on the internets in a loooooooooooong time.
I stopped reading at, paraphrased, Tennessee’s state flag is based on the Confederate battle flag. If you want to sling shit at racists fine, but don’t drag us into this if your facts are fucked.
Isn’t lane splitting in and of itself sanctimonious bullshit? Just because you can fit between two cars doesn’t give you the right to blow by everyone and then get pissed that no one sees you.
S54, no contest. 333 hp from a 6 with no ecoboost, turbos or other garbage.
I’m skeptical because of the camera placement but not because of where it is, but its angle. You can’t see the bottom of the steering wheel. He could have very easily been driving with one hand on the bottom of the steering wheel and you can’t see it. Just to get around the pole and then let it run free in the field…
That's the one.
Will do, thanks. Especially for service and warranty things down the line.
Too late now. I'm curious why they never showed up in my searches. All my price quotes were requested through the Acura site. They never popped up.
Those buy-here-pay-here places are in a league of their own and shouldn't even be compared to a real dealership imo but in Pye's case it fits.
Correct. I'm am over 100 miles from the next closest Acura dealer.
pdx107 is right. The issue has to be documented before a warranty claim to be processed. I can't up and drive 100+ miles to the next closest Acura dealer just for a documentation. Sadly, I had to eventually but I had to try locally first.
I actually have not heard of them. We are getting ready to purchase a 2016 MDX from Carland in Duluth. Their price came in between Nalley (lowest of all in Chattanooga, Nashville, Knoxville, Birmingham and Atlanta) and Ed Voyles who was surprisingly high. Carland because they offer a lifetime powertrain warranty on…
Pye Acura here in Chattanooga, TN is N.O.T.O.R.I.O.U.S for being awful, incompetent, rude, and basically just a tax sink for the owner.
I'm curious as to why this is written with so much vitriol and anger at the University of Tennessee and the state in general. I'm a Tennessee fan so I'm biased but you yourself state that the resident requirement isn't something Tennessee pulled out of thin air and that has precedent, so why get all pissy? I'm quite…
Here's an enterprising idea I should patent or whatever the hell you do with ideas, but some ETHICAL service department should provide "Snapshot" type devices on all vehicles that are left with them (not oil changes, etc) and then show the customer the readouts when they come to pickup the vehicle. The cost would be…
Everyone in this video deserves to have their licenses snatched with the exception of the truck in the right line doing what he/she is supposed to.
