How about I had just purchased a brand new 2008 Acura MDX and drove off with 6 miles on the odometer. It's losing oil right from the get go. I know there is a problem, the excellent dealer in Atlanta knows there is a problem but you have to document the issue in a certain way before the warranty will replace the thing.
