Some of these look more "heroin chic" that hipster.

Solange: as much as I can appreciate her avant-garde style, I can not give her a pass on a 1/2 short-skirt combo. It just doesn't work.

I don't understand the irrational hatred for Leah Michelle. Reading some of the comments here makes me think that some people are looking for a reason to dislike her. "Oh my god! She has tattoos, I can't stand her!"

Jessica Stam's new hair color really suits her. It really brings out her eyes. Michelle Monaghan's dress would look better if those cutout were lower. Martha's shoes are really cute. Also, I'm not crazy about the mullet dresses.

Seconded. You said this so much more eloquently than I could have. I hope that this is act is a signal of a more positive and hopeful stance of homosexuality and many more African countries

Just discovered this hilarious blog that features to of my favorite performance artists. This tumblr is best enjoyed by pretending that each pic are scenes from a David Bowie biopic portrayed by Tilda Swinton.

It is hard to encapsulate the entirety of a person on a short OKC self-summary. Some people are good at it and others not. Message him to get a better sense of what he's really like.

That is actually a good interpretation that is not excluded in this study (as it is reported here on jezebel).

I guess this study is more relevant to people who's motivation for buying organic food because they believe it is good for them and for the environment. Not just because the quality is better, although that is also factor.

That is a bit of an overly simplified interpretation of the study. The study is looking at a trend among a group of people of which there could still be a lot of variation (as there often is in any study examining human behavior). I'm sure there are plenty of people who eat nothing but organic, local or free trade,

Once again the NAACP is on the right side of history.

They controlled for those factors in this study all the women came from households that made at least 50K/year (although I suppose there could still be a pretty wide range if some of those households were in the 6 figures) and held a bachelors degree.

I love that she is GENUINELY horrified when she finds out that one of the players "traveled". So cute!

I completely agree with you and I'm glad that you have so eloquently stated this point.

I could tell it was a miniture too, and I'm not a photographer.

Your mom is not the only one. I remember hearing a similar story on the Moth Radio Hour in which Adam Gopnick explains how he made the same mistake about "LOL"until his son finally corrected him.

That is hilarious. Why did you mom announce this though?
