@GranzonTotoro: I remember bickering with my friends over which Mortal Kombat was better, Genesis or SNES. Genesis had blood!

@Kanji08: Holy hell, that's the first time I've seen that intro since the show was airing back then... and I just sang the theme song word for word. <3
@tetracycloide: We're in the same boat :) But it's an awesome boat!
I just finished Mass Effect 2 yesterday (after a replay of ME1) and am now eager to replay both games as an entirely different character (Gender/Alignment/Class) and see how much can change from ME1 to 2 with choices you are given.
@bluem4gic: Hence the "Oh wait."
The PA one had me cracking up when I read it during the week. Especially the krogan bit. Loved it!
@legerrid: Oof, that's harsh! I didn't know that'd happen, good to know.
@deanbmmv: Yeah, definitely a timing issue that I've paid for, but I don't mind putting a little more cash into Bioware's coffers ;)
@Lovick: The movement/shooting always felt really good on a 360 controller, but I have to say that it feels quite natural on a keyboard/mouse, as I expected. The game mechanics are suited to it quite well, that I'm not having a hard time adjusting. Graphically I'm able to run both games at max settings and all, so…
@Covertghost: Yeah, I definitely do all the "Investigate" options. That's what made me replay 1, actually. I kept having these "Oh yeah, I kinda remember that!" moments, to the point where I just went "Dammit, I really need to play this game again". So I am :)
So I started playing Mass Effect 2 for the PC a few days ago. I'd played Mass Effect 1 for 360 at launch, and I friggin' loved it. I quickly realized though, a couple hours into ME2 that I had forgotten a *lot* of what happened in ME1.
I know I've joined in an anti-GU conversation a few times on Sunday Comics threads. I actually implemented a custom AdBlock filter so as not to be eye-raped when I load the pages on Sundays. It works a treat, and can be applied to any undesired comic.
@sven.kirk: L. O. friggin' L. :)
@Slagathorian: Oh the nightmares! And the frustration induced rage that so many a time caused me to purposely fling marbles off the ledge "Fwaaaaaaahhhh...."
Snagged the PC Collector's Edition this morning, installing as I type! :)
@Telecinision: LOL. That's close to what my characters looked like when I imported them from the pre-game character creator, before they fixed the bugs :P
@zkylon: @Gantz: Your Trusted Friend in Science.: That was my immediate reaction too! I thought it had to be a cap from a different game at first ;P
@Instant_Awesome: He looks a LOT like Fred Armisen to me, hehe
@BarfHappy: I've been using a tablet PC (Fujitsu Stylistic) for nearly 3 years. It has a Wacom digitizer in it, makes for an awesome mobile art station :)
@Carey.Laius: Oh wait, yeah, uh, THAT one, that... you're... talking about. Yeah!
