There is so much wrong with this scare-tactic crap.. At the very least, they should accurately describe why each of these matters - what they say is missing the point entirely.

Input lag and high-fresh rates are not the same thing. Wanting smooth motion at 120-240hz is great, and helps with hyper competitive games, but input lag effects EVERYTHING. I don’t think thats much of a battle. It’s not a hack. Not at all. It’s the intended use of the algorithm. That’s the opposite of a hack.

The frist band new car I bought for myself was the final year of the 350z, 2008, and have it to this day. I will never sell that car, and agree it’s looks are timeless. Same with the late year 300zx honestly, they still look sick.

I still don’t see anywhere that he took advantage of AN ALGORITHM.  He marketed himself and his show to specific people in specific places.  Where does the Algorithm come into play?

Speed limits in the USA were mostly established in the 1960s-1970s. The speed of 55mph was originally chosen for most highways because “they” determined that was the optimal speed for balancing Gas Mileage efficiency, a very big concern in the early 70s.

I can assure you that any decently drafted HOA Declaration will NOT have a ‘loser pays’ clause. It most likely has a ‘you pay everything if the HOA wins, and you pay for yourself if you win’ clause..
