Don't see the problem here. Every company says their product is better than another to entice consumers to purchase their products. Doesn't matter how they word it. It is still saying the the same thing. Their product sucks, ours is better.

Not exactly sure how that is bad considering they are making it multiplat so you don't HAVE to buy the xbone to continue the story unlike every other game in the past.
