none of the stunts are particularly spectacular to behold. You’re driving on the banking under that bridge. Wowww. Slowly going over curbs. Cruising on the highway. Mixed with some jumps in an unclosed road with poor camera angles and some boring cruising on the highway. The whole thing looks last-minute improvised…

Well as an IT sys admin I don’t think I’ll ever be gates community rich and regular residential neighbourhoods in my region only have to abide by municipal laws which already cover stuff like not leaving junk in front of your house and making sure you mow the lawn.

Well HOAs must be rare in my area kf the country so avoiding those isn’t hard. And commpn-sense rules are already municipally enforced.

See all of these common-sense things here are covered by municipal regulations already.

And that’s an extra reason for me to avoid allll of these.
