I used to visit Jalopnik like 5 times a day, mostly from my phone on breaks at work and a couple of times a day from my PC after work. The site is impossible to load on my phone properly now so I think I may check it every few days. Now io9 followed suit and I have little want to visit there either.

For $400 dollars you could build a gaming pc and just get the emulators and have every game known to man. Hell 5 year old smart phones will run all those old emulators.
