Sadly, it doesn't have my bank... looks neat though.

That is quite possibly the most awesome error message I have ever seen. It's right up there with Chrome's "Aw, Snap!" error message.

Me, I have three calendars. "Essential Appointments", for stuff like Work, School, Band... Basically a default calendar, in this setup. "FYI", for stuff like an early dismissal schedule. And "Tests", to show when I have a test. Though I'm thinking about giving this setup a try... I'm keeping the separate FYI calendar;

And Adam with the binder clip tip again. Those little things are so useful.

Horray, Friday! I don't really have anything today... but I'm glad to be back in the weekly openthread: I was always working when the openthread was going on...

Mmm. I love wilderness survival egg-in-a-peel.

Without a compatible device though, an ebook store is kind of useless, isn't it? That's my point. Unless you own an iOS device, the iBook store is useless. I don't doubt that it's easy to use and manage; that's how Apple products work. But again, without an iOS device, it's useless.

That's kind of my point. iDevice owners can use the Kindle app, and the Nook app, and the Google books app, etc., but Blackberry, Android, and other smartphone/eReader users can't use the iBooks app.

Absolutely. My main concern about e-readers was the ease of reading. But the eInk screen is so easy to read. Much better than an LCD screen.

Yes, we all see that the iBook store is not on here. But it probably wasn't the editors who "missed" that one. The Hive Five is based on commenter nominations. And apparently, the iBook store wasn't as highly nominated as these five. And I can think of a good reason why. The iBook store is highly proprietary, only
