What *isn’t* fantastic is even decent latency when visiting webpages that make 25 http calls before starting to display content, and then continue to load and jump the page around as they load for minutes afterward, as the various servers and CDNs respond to those…

Sure you can. I watched HD videos when I had 3-4mbps (measured speed), and now that I have 4x or more speed, the same videos on the same streaming services degrade and won’t play HD at the same times of day as before.

Right, all FB or Twitter can do is *respond* to things. They have to decide how to handle the communications of users on their systems, but can’t really truly control what the users want to communicate.

I know (now) it ony accounts for about 22 seconds of per annum carbon emissions, but frankly, vehicle emissions are demonized, when an entire year’s worth of one family’s SUV emissions would also only account for a minute timeframe, or in weight somewhere around 10 tons in a year.

Good points. What you (the automotive performance increaser) need is equipment and/or upgrades that are *appropriate* for your setup. Without increased airflow going in and through the engine, what could possibly be gained from a 3” exhaust pipe or cat delete?
