He looks like many of the Pinoys that make a living outdoors. The image itself seems a bit dark, so that could have accentuated it. Hell, I've seen a few "takatak boys" (street cigarette vendors) who are just as dark.

Not always. Tablets are essentially for lightweight tasks (surfing, instant messaging, social networking, etc.) that do not require the power of a computer. Portability is a definite plus, but IMO not the be-all and end-all.

Agree. By keeping the terms loose, they keep the users uneasy. You must admit, though, that the looseness does make you wonder what they have planned.
