Dammit...

Duh.

Loved reading the interview!! James is always fantastic, but I'm not really sure how I feel about this. Firstly, as someone already noted, the timing is off... Spike got his soul back FOR Buffy at the end of S6, so having it set DURING S6 only makes sense if there's a TARDIS involved somehow, and even then it's

As someone who's been a fan of televisionwithoutpity.com since it was still mightybigtv.com, I highly agree!! That site has an endless (not quite literally, but still) amount of content to enjoy. I highly recommend reading Buffy from start to finish (they both love the show, and yet rip it to shreds when it deserves

This just arrived at my house yesterday and I cannot WAIT to start it! Absolutely loved the "Newsflesh" series, and this sounds equally fantastic.

Brilliantly put. Joyce needed to go from "not knowing" to "knowing" to "accepting" for the character development to be real. As much as Buffy needed it. She had to be "alone", and then "with friends", and then having acceptance from Joyce. All of those steps had to be there.

I hope that this isn't taken as a criticism, because this is quite possibly my favorite book of all time. However... (minor spoilers)

Surprised I'm the first one to post this!! Come on guys, shapeshifting! You could go anywhere, be anyone, get away with just about anything. Be hidden in clear sight.

I'm just going to say one thing. I usually feel like I've really missed out when i check in here and find an "Open Channel" more than a few hours old that I didn't get to weigh in on when it drops. But after reading through a couple of the flame wars that took place today, I can honestly say that I'm glad I missed

The slash/ship that spawned a million fanfics... :)

Even BUFFY thought that this would be a good idea.

Just finished a full Buffy rewatch this year, and can't recall anything specific. Planning on watching "Angel" s5 again soon, so I'll keep an eye out.

I might be stretching the whole hero/villain thing here though. Or not. They were both villains and heroes, sometimes neither. But even when they were on the same "side", they were always bitter rivals who were so much fun to watch on screen together. Season 5 of "Angel" is by far it's best, thanks in large part

I scrolled ALL the way to the bottom, a full 6 or 7 hours after this posts, and not one single person has referenced HP? For shame...

While I'm thrilled that both "Midnight" and "Blink" made the top 25 as they are both terrifying episodes of Doctor Who, I personally would switch their places. Midnight STILL gives me the heebie-jeebies. It might partially be due to the fact that since "Blink", Moffat's use of the Angels have made them decidedly

Moffat was always a fan of the big "reset button", but turning a companion into one? That's just lazy story telling...

EXACTLY. Thanks for putting into words what I couldn't. :)

Trust me, no matter how many times you wind up rewatching the series, this one ALWAYS get you.

Scariest Doctor Who episode for me still has to be "Midnight". "Blink" is obviously fantastically scary, but the Doctor still seems pretty much in control. The sheer terror that David Tennant was able to convey in "Midnight" puts it at the top of my list. When the Doctor is scared, you damn well better be too.

"The Night Circus" by Erin Morganstern. The first time I finished the book, I missed the Circus itself like a physical ache. Always look forward to going back. Also...
