Oh cool, where the internet jumps on some random person because they had the audacity to admit their partner needed self-stimulation to orgasm from time to time.

Classic fanboy, all insults without any real argument.

It’s fake news:

I doubt it 100%, reflect the grown is hard, a more realistic tactic is use the katana as a mirror to blind the opponent with sun’s light as you can see where the light reflection go.

The swords were polished, so they could cut through a target with less resistance, because a rough surface is more likely to cause friction or get stuck in cloth or leather.

What? Somehow angle the blade perfectly so it disappears because it’s reflecting the ground below? Bullshit. What if it’s nighttime, or cloudy? And either way, your enemy just rides up, spears you and kills you. Or shoots you. If you have nothing but a sword, you’re not bothering to try some voodoo shit with

History is often dictated by the wealthy. Swords were a rich man’s toy for the most part, so they have an outsized cultural cache.

That’s because most of Samurai fiction is based on the Edo-period, when military armaments were strictly controlled by the Shogunate, and the Samurai usually walked around with just their sword as the symbol of their status. And besides, swords were always the go-to duelling weapon.

I still find it interesting how much attention gets paid to the Katana, and swords in general, when they’re fundamentally just sidearms. Wars were won and lost on the backs of the Tanegashima, Yumi and Yari but most people don’t even know what they are.

Yeah! I also hate when the company is making money hand over fist but pay people like shit and try to cur their hours!

This fucking argument, as usual.

A few things.

Y’know, I have a lot of furry friends and the community is usually chill (and I’m not a furry myself but I was a huge Brony, so full disclosure there), but damn, so much of the art is just bad. Even the good art is hit or miss.

Maybe it’s the style? Like I look at the all the different cartoon animals from times past

Yiff.Party was originally an experiment, its admin, who wouldn’t give his name, told me over e-mail. It blew up on 8chan’s furry message board. “The site’s mission is simply to make paid Patreon content available for free,” he told me. “We’re not out to get creators or make them lose income.”

Artists do it for themselves and the profit is a bonus. The term starving artist exists for a reason.

“How dare artists expect to get paid for their work.”

You’re mixing up 2012 with The Day After Tomorrow.

At least his wipers won’t stick to the windshield. #silverlining
