Thanks, we are fairly relaxed about bodies in our family, we change together at the pool etc. I hope to have many frank and relaxed discussions with my kids when they are a bit older about it all. They are already happy with the idea of breast-feeding and know what boobs are for.

Most SSRIs (fluoxetine and citalopram etc, especially the older ones) have years of safety data now for use in pregnancy. Sometimes baby can be a bit 'jittery' in the day or so after birth but that's all.
