I've worked as a waitress as well as a van shuttle driver. I think it's okay to not tip. Do you think it's okay to not be so judgey now?

One of the ASDAH folks made up this video in response to the book:
Yeah, except that Hoyt doesn't know that part...so he's just being a dick for dick's sake.
Wow...thank you. These are the recaps I'm looking for! ;-)
Hearted. Thank you. I feel like Jez tries more than other sites do—there's a reason I'm here, after all—but they still miss the mark every now and then.
We've got precisely zero evidence that her weight loss did anything positive for her health. We do have evidence that her weight loss was motivated by wanting to look like everyone else. That's a fucked up priority.
Your meal options on this flight include Cobra.
Or, if you bought it at the Mall of America in MN and you live in IL when you get home and find out it's there, you're kind of SOL.
You can get iron-on denim patches at most fabric stores. It won't match your jeans perfectly, though. You can also get iron-on appliques or patches to cover the holes for a kind of retro flair.
Microsoft's SyncToy might do the trick for you. It has a one-way sync function. [www.microsoft.com]
The XKCD Password Generator is only effective if it also provides me a TheOatmeal-esque cartoon illustrating the password. Correct, Horse! That *is* a battery staple!
Oh, I know they will. I've read the books. I'm just saying I don't see how TB the show can explain that Eric already *has* gotten his memory back and has been faking it for some period of time.
You're not alone. A bunch of folks over on the TWoP boards are saying the same thing. I'm not sure, and I also can't find an explanation in the show's universe for how he'd have the memory back. (I do feel sure that he was without memories for some period of time at least.) There would have to be some reversal of…
Any early 20th century lit loving Jezzies out there who can tell me/us what she likely meant by currency? I don't have OED access any more to look up historic usage. I'm guessing either general use/prevalence or perhaps expression? Like, she was telling him it needed to be less pretentious? Or maybe it's that it…
I will happily live in your land. :)
ITA times a million. My SIL recently posted on Facebook that she was worried about letting her 8-year-old son go to play games at an 8-year-old girl's house...with the parents home. She has no problem with aforementioned son going to a boy's house. They're *eight*. I know my nephew. There's no way he's thinking…
Fit is not the opposite of plus-sized, but you seem to be implying that with your post and assertion. I think that's the point ashleypants is trying to make.
With Igigi (a brand I love, btw), it actually is to their detriment. Their 14/16 models do not fill out the clothes as well or show how flattering they are for larger sized women. I honestly think the clothes would be more appealing to their audience if they showed a model at each end of the spectrum and the…
The auto-backup of my phone's pictures into a private area is nice, and the way G+ shows images overall is pretty sweet. The GMail integration so far is good, and "huddles" are actually pretty awesome and usable. G+ also seems to be going toward much more granularity of privacy than FB has offered, in a simpler way.
I listen to podcasts whenever I'm in my car. I never listen to traditional radio anymore. Between podcasts and Amazon's cloud drive, I essentially create my own radio station of music or talk at will.
