The thing is that Vegas, because it hosts so many weddings, has a ton of competition. So you can get a very high quality wedding equivalent to what you'd get at home for about a quarter of the price. For example, I had a photographer for 6 hours that took photos in high-res digital and followed us around through

So go after the rapist with my blessing. And go after someone for having the illegal images, that's fine by me, too. My problem is that we turn these people into pariahs who can't get jobs or homes or have normal lives even after they've been punished, not that we punish them at all.

The government treats air travel similar to a utility, so, ipso facto, it is one, meaning that you do have a right to travel via plane and that the government cannot prohibit said travel in an unconstitutional manner.

There is no proof that porn "triggers" any actual action, except, well, the obvious.

I think that a punishment existed in the past isn't sufficient justification to do it again today. We're creating a class of citizens guilty of nothing but thoughts, wherein as a result of that guilt they cannot function as part of normal society...and we're shaming them for not functioning normally to begin with

I know. I can't imagine that you could function in any white collar job given that restriction. It's not like there's a reasonable alternative.

I'm all for using standard bags rather than specialized ones, but for my camera specifically, I've had trouble finding good ways to protect my lenses while still making them accessible in anything but a bag designed for cameras.

And now so do I. :)

Of course. It's because of all the sax and violins.

If you really go back in history, many of the things that are awesome today were Christian or created for Christian purposes. I don't think it's fair to damn something good because it was once religious in nature.

Honestly, if they'd make those seats more reasonably priced, I'd be all over it, and I think other people would be, too. Look at the success of things like Economy Plus at United (they added legroom, not width). I'm quite certain they could get an additional $20-$40 per passenger for a special section with "wider

So, here's a fun aspect of this...they were on a LAYOVER. That means they were perfectly thin enough to fly on the first leg of their flight. It wasn't a problem until the second leg.

Yes, but if I only want a larger seat and not all of the other "perks" that come with first class, there's no option for that.

They are delicious. Worth every calorie.

The boys at my middle school did this (this was 1990-ish). It was South Carolina in the summertime, and as someone else mentioned, the forced wearing of pants was not in keeping with the weather. Girls could wear skirts so long as they were knee length, but guys couldn't wear shorts. A large group of boys banded

I've read quite a few articles recommending chocolate milk as a post-workout recovery beverage. All those fancy "recovery" drinks that Gatorade and others make basically boil down to milk with some sugary stuff, i.e., chocolate milk.

Oh...I wasn't sure what you meant, because I wasn't questioning anything about their existence. I'm not saying the complaints aren't real. I'm just saying that the number of them on the internet is a biased representation of the reality.

The same thing happened to me after I toured the sub my dad was on as a kid. I thought living in a tube under the water would be awesome. And it was perfect, because I'm short, so I wouldn't bang my head on things!

I'm not questioning them; I was questioning you.
