Actually you raise an interesting question, which was there first? JD or the surrounding residential areas?

Back button in the upper left isn’t universal though. At best it can be considered a UX design best practice, but not all app developers follow this convention.

Does induction still require you to buy all new cookware?

Yeah, I’ve never understood the argument of going all-electric. Unless the source of power is renewable, you’re just shifting the problem to someone else, not eliminating it.

It sounds like the only one brainwashed here is you. You want to hurt corporations so badly that you don’t care what collateral damage you cause. Oh yeah, those people can just find other jobs super quick and easy. Just like the thousands being laid off now, some company will just swoop in and offer them new jobs.

They did, when they took him off stage.

Actually you raise a good point about conserving energy. It takes a LOT of energy to heat a space that size. It’s not inconceivable that they would reduce heating overnight since (I assume) the atrium isn’t as crowded.

This is the physical equivalent of yelling “BABA BOOEY! BABA BOOEY! HOWARD STERN’S PENIS” when you get on the air of a TV or radio show. Annoying, but not illegal.

Same reason they likely have Truth accounts, to report on what’s happening. And it’s no more insane than journalists who travel with the military to the “front lines” to report on what’s happening.

Taking responsibility and doing what exactly? Those who have spoken up publicly already have been fired. Those remaining are likely there because they want to be (meaning they’ll do nothing regardless), or have to be because they can’t go anywhere else at the moment.

Guess you weren’t paying attention either, because you conveniently left out the part where he lashed out and called one of the rescuers a pedophile. Starting a whole new set of drama, when the focus should have been on rescuing the kids trapped in the cave.

Seriously, what is the difference in sitting in an office or sitting at home?

Not quite a duplicate. There was a “loophole” in the state constitution that allowed for indentured servitude (aka slavery) of “a person who has been duly convicted of crime”. So they would be working while in prison for no pay at all.

You would only notice if you saw the difference, or checked your display settings. For example, if someone was playing on PS4 and then got a PS5, then accidently (or on purpose) downloaded the PS4 version they wouldn’t notice they weren’t running at 60fps because they have no baseline to compare it to.

Well clearly the fact this discussion keeps coming up means that there are a lot of people wo do manage to operate a console and still make this mistake. Enough for a developer to put our a PSA for it.

Most of the big games I played on my Pro (GoW, Horizon, SpiderMan, etc.) made it sound like a jet engine. Moving it out of my cabinet helped a bit, but I always had to turn up the volume to drown it out.

Use a physical key.

Same here. I’d even go as far and say Cartoon Network was the only channel that grew up with me.

If someone points a gun, or any object that looks like a gun, at you, you’d be pretty stupid to not fire your own weapon. How does the officer know that it’s not a real gun being pointed at him? How would an officer know if he was dealing with a mentally ill person? If you point anything that “might be” a gun,

Stories like this regarding stuff on Walmart show up pretty regularly, and as far as I know they haven’t been fined.
