Yes, and "a lot more to the story" well, how much more? The world wants to know.
Elon’s hard pivot into politics yesterday was so confusing—especially since the Twitter deal is supposedly being held up by “bots”—but now it makes sense.
Hahahahah yeah, this is just transparent. This tweet is also from yesterday. This man is an idiot.
Well, that explains this tweet from yesterday, which is just transparently an attempt to get out in front of something.
Obviously, this is just a stunt to establish his bonafides to run for President as a Republican.
You would think they would understand how bad it looks to have shelled out that kind of money for a house, black creatives or not. But no sort of org is immune to grifters and opportunistic folks, which is why you have bean counters and are 24/7 clear on what they spend donations on from the word go.
“The creator’s house was purchased as a space of our own with the intention of providing housing and studio space for recipients of the Black Joy Creators Fellowship in service to Black culture.”
This is one of the least surprising things ever. We’ve seen time and time again that activists generally don’t make good business managers. That’s why it’s important to put bean counters in strategic places. Other wise you end up with people high on their own moral superiority thinking that they can do no wrong.
Good god, Lifehacker. How the mighty have fallen.
Smartwatches can be an affectation, too, if you just wear it to show off.
The author also misses what I believe is the actual fashion purpose of a tie: It covers up the vertical seam running down a man’s torso where the shirt buttons up. It creates a more “seamless” appearance.
The point of a necktie is to cover the shirt buttons. Notice that people who know how to dress don't wear bowties with Oxford shirts because they don't want to look like Tucker Carlson.
Everyone is absolutely entitled to their own opinions, at least until our alien overlords start cracking down on that.
Replace “necktie” with “pants” and this post is much more entertaining.
Ties “constrict blood flow” and “may compromise the venous drainage of the brain”.
I like how all the health concerns are peppered with “could” and “may”.
