Netflix is incapable of defending free speech until they sue the U.S. government for violating their right to free speech... which the government hasn’t done.

It’s also complete bullshit, gender is a human construct... not a scientific ‘fact’.

It’s interesting to me that all these “People just don’t get it” defenses never come with an explanation... just dismissal of people’s (unspecified) complaints.

Saying that people’s whole identities don’t actually exist is fucking hateful, full stop. He stated that ‘gender is a fact’, which... aside from being incredibly and purposefully hurtful, is provably false. He might as well be saying that his beliefs are true because God.... there is nothing to back it up.

Understandable mistake! I mean, I never (constantly) contradict myself (sometimes multiple times in the same comment), but not all of us are perfect.

It is so much more than Fox these days... it’s OAN, it’s the shock-jocks with global reach because of the internet, it’s almost the entirety of Republican congressional members, it’s Supreme Court Justices... they hear it from everywhere, which reinforces their beliefs.

Yeah, I kinda assumed that would be the case, but the beta was so barebones that I’m glad to hear them confirm it.

If nothing else, I’m grateful for the following quote:

“make it very easy to tell friend from foe”  This is probably my biggest complaint.  You get no information if you’re scoped, and minimal information when not... and once you’re down, good luck figuring out if the people next to you are on your team (but not your squad) or on the enemy team.

It’s also something I feel like I would appreciate more if it supplemented an out-of-game menu to tinker with everything.  I couldn’t even tell I had unlocked new skills until I decided to start messing with loadout stuff.

Didn’t get in on the Halo beta, but spent probably 8-10 hours with BF over the weekend.
