From what I have seen, XIII and this have almost nothing in common bar being set in the same world. And I don't see how a name change to XV would have people with pitchforks at the ready, I'm pretty sure most fans don't want another "XIII" game (I on the other hand actually enjoyed XIII to an extent).

Absolutely. Thane makes sense, Grunt even makes sense to a point as do a few others. I just found there was so much wasted potential with certain characters.

From a business standpoint, it'd make the most sense if SE changed this to FFXV. A refresh of something that has been dying out in terms of news in the form of a new identity (rebooting before it has even launched? Interesting) would definitely get people interested. That, and I doubt as many people would look at it

I honestly think I would get a bionic implant in my ear if I knew that I could hook it up to Yvonne somehow and just listen to her all day.

You're absolutely right. By the end of ME2 however, ME1 characters and ME2 characters would have had equal exposition. I find it silly on Bioware's part that they didn't include even just one ME2 character on your team (not counting Garrus or Tali of course) along with the ME1 guys.

This is true, but it then makes me wonder why certain characters weren't included and if they did indeed die, have a replacement for them. As an example, they could have had Wrex on your team, if he was dead in ME1 then they could use Grunt, If not Grunt then Wreav. Slightly bad example but you get the idea. (I am

Yes, more Miranda definitely! In seriousness, I am quite surprised that she wasn't a main character considering she was second in command of Cerberus and how much of a major role they seem to be playing in this game.

You spelled it wrong Jason, its "Revelaitons"

OK so I have gotten part way through Mass Effect 3 and so far I am quite enjoying it. There is one massive problem I have with the game which I haven't actually seen addressed anywhere yet. Is it me or did Bioware just crap over the whole of ME2? I mean the squad you went around perilously recruiting (risking your

@TheolaRegulus: You're 100% right. The shots were directly from Lineage, that first one you can see the background is all CGI like it is in the Lineage short-movies. The second one they show is again blatently from Lineage.

@Nyleveia: First I thought this was a joke post, then I realised that there are actual parts of japanese symbols behind some of the boxes. I normally have a good eye for things like this but totally missed it. Kudos to you.

What actually surprised me about this is the fact that people actually thought he -would- be in the game. I didn't expect him to be in it whatsoever and I still don't really.

@Killer Toilet: In order...Dead Rising, L4D, Prototype...And I think that's it. Shame on me if it isn't.

I'm more interested in what that "party" button does in the second picture.

I hope this has more appeal than no.6. Whilst I did love no.6 it didn't make me stay at it for very long like no.5 did, perhaps because of the emphasis on their scenario mode rather than actual fighting.

This sounds like great news. I just hope Sega don't cut anything this time, I don't know why they need to really. They call it "localising" but it seems that they don't know the majority of the player base for the game and yeah, whilst there will be the random person who might buy it to see what it's like, if they

@terrodactyl: That red one on the left in the posted picture does bear a striking resemblance...

Being in a dark place WITH a flashlight. Honestly, if they're going to throw me into a dark place, I'd rather just not have the flashlight so I could run through without seeing anything.
