Unfortunately "being raped" is becoming a fairly common phrase to mean things that aren't pleasant being forced upon you. I don't think its right but its aligned with every other phrase we use for crime "You murdered me" "I'm going to kill you" I don't think its right but it seems to be something stated more and more…
