Yes. I had one at McDonald’s on a visit to Maine in the late 70s/early 80s. It was made from that weird claw meat from the smaller, gimpy claw.

Frankly, I don’t know anyone who has been put to sleep for tooth extraction. Usually it’s a “twilight sleep” which is just completely loopy and not sleep at all. My daughter’s and her friends’ extractions were done this way.
