I think GTA V is that modern-era game you're looking for (Pun not intended).

If Microsoft had mentioned anything about offering the sort of sales that Steam has, I imagine the past few months would have gone a whole lot differently.

That's five years of non-stop work. Considering Hollywood drops $200 million alone on production budgets for films that are churned out within a year, and considering how much Rockstar puts into their games, I'd hardly say this is out of control.

This actually bugs me. The dash is insanely ugly, and even more "kinectable" than before, which "Ugh, fine. Whatever.", but the fact that the guide button no longer pauses videos bugs me. There is way too much crap on that dashboard. I don't mind MS's button style dashboard bu to have about 20 different buttons is just cluttered. No more than 8 really. Also would be nice for a colour other than forest green...just saying'

I've had a Win8 laptop for some time now and I can honestly say the Metro interface is still my least favorite feature of Windows 8. I'd find this somewhat upsetting/disappointing if I were getting an XBOne.
