The problem with Aspartame is the taste. If I'm going to drink a soda, I'm going to drink one with the sugars that best compliment the flavors used in the beverage, and to this very day Aspartame pairs horribly with every single soda I have had with it.

What is even worse than the unsightly appearance of VR headgear is the way it isolates the user from the people they commonly associate with. Part of this is very much desired, but there is more to it when you start thinking of social interactions while using VR equipment.
I was wondering that as well. They do go to certain lengths to point out that this stuff is gentle, but I would guess it wears clothes out faster than normal water washing.
