Just picked up a 3DS. Never had a DS. I currently have the Rune Factory games and Contact, but that's it. I love RPG titles, ARPG, and sims. Tell me what DS games I should definitely get.

They're taking their time, it seems. The 3DS is going to get its major push before they start to focus on the Wii U.
So, I guess I just don't understand the issue with games taking longer to come out. Is it just that you're anxious to finally play them? The games will still come out, and you'll already have a Wii U ready to go.
This looks like something I'd love to get. I think the one reservation I had about EO was the lack of story elements and customizeable party. Sure, stuff like that can be fun sometimes, but I love story. :)
I used Mac OS exclusively for more than a decade. I ultimately switched to Windows because of software availability. In terms of OS performance, UI, ease of use, etc, I really have to say that both of them basically do what they need to. Neither is particularly superior to me. Spotlight and Windows Search basically is…
I don't know why I still use Java. Probably because too many devs out there refuse to stop using it. Drives me crazy.
Absolutely, and I think that it will be for the best. It's almost as though I'm starting to feel tremors of how much potential smartphones have as gaming devices, but they've really got to improve how they run things. Like you said, actually finding the good games on these devices is the current challenge, and I think…
I really, really want to make my phone into a gaming device. When it comes to emulating older games, it is already an amazing machine. Paired with a portable gamepad, it is even better. But when it comes down to it, the games available on iPhone just don't hold my attention as well as the 3DS stuff does.
Thanks a ton for the response!
Is there a specific plan I need to pickup?
tldr: What's the best backup service that'll backup my NAS?
I have loved a lot of the mini-games in the JRPGs I've played. They serve as a sort of diversion from the storyline, or even the tedious process of leveling up, and tend to be placed at the best moments in the games to allow you to blow off some steam. It's as though it's something designers in Japan have been aware…
I agree that emulators add a lot of value to android devices. But it looks to me you have three titles there: Snesoid, ePSXe, and GTA VC.
Right now, there is a lot of discussion between Earthbound fans about how valid a purchase the Wii U is. The reason being, of course, the recent announcement that Earthbound will be coming out on the Wii U. What other games can we hope to play that will make the purchase worthwhile? Ultimately, for the price of a Wii…
Spot on!
You can run it with wine. I just never really got into TextWrangler, but I suppose if you don't like Wine it's not a valid option.
I've always used something like Notepad ++ and changed the encoding according to what I want the results to be. Works pretty well.
Maybe among your family? Because I know plenty of folk from Argentina who would disagree with you.
People who don't really know what kind of hardware is out there likely see this whole DVR thing as a neat new feature. And for even less than that complicated streaming stuff that companies like Netflix offer!
My experience so far has led me to stay away from SLI/Crossfire. There are situations where I definitely think it is a valid thing to do, but if you're doing it to save money and you do a lot of gaming it probably is going to end up costing more than it is worth.
