The simple solution is to not use Windows Marketplace. Just like you probably aren't using Windows Marketplace right now.

Thanks for posting this, Jason! I have really been finding a lot of great info in your posts as a gamer who lost touch with the JRPG games after the 90s ended.
Just looked at their listings online. Looks like, unless you live in London or Dublin (and a few scattered places) you're out of luck to find some at a physical store.
Yeah, this isn't for that purpose. I know of plenty of people who are really forgetful when it comes to turning off their phones. This will help them with a bit of a "grace period" through the use of a sound that won't immediately make everyone irritated, giving the person time to realize their phone isn't silenced…
I would love to see this game come over to the US. I just have one request: when they localize the game, the title needs to be localized as well :P If there is anything that will kill its chances for success here, I think that name would be it.
I still take notes with pen and paper when I go to meetings and used to when I attended university courses. I just find that the slower process allows me to digest the information better, the position of the paper on the desk allows for more concentration, and I end up taking less time needing to review the notes…
So, I have a lot of questions about sugars. I've generally been avoiding added sugars, but I want to know what the real impact is of the sugars naturally occurring in fruits. I've heard all kinds of things about the sugar in fruit, such as fiber helping your body not digest all of the sugar in the fruit, but that the…
While hacking something like the PSP Vita does allow for running pirated games, it also allows for an unofficially open device. That second part is the important part to me.
You can't be that pro if you can't play well as Teemo.
I really hope that it is a fad. I love the fact that more people are gaming than ever, but it is starting to take a bit too many resources away from the games and the mechanics I love.
I tend to agree with this, as well. But I think of what you say as more of a mindset that will then allow people to truly excel.
Agreed. I would love to see them make another generation of a phone just like that. Slide out controller is simply awesome.
I swear, my communication must be off lately... but that's ultimately what I said in the end of my comment ^_^
Yeah, it seems an odd choice for a video meant to show the mod off. I love the thought of playing through Morrowind again, though. I might give it a shot, should I get the time.
Haha, sorry if I came across as malicious. My comment was mostly due to my personal experiences with gaming on portables these days. I keep trying to make my phone work, but it never works out. Gamepads don't seem to help as much as I had hoped they would. And touch-based gaming just isn't satisfying to me. Not enough…
Yeah, I understand. I was being a bit silly ^_^
Yeah, the one Phillips makes that is a 60w replacement looks great. Definitely worth checking out for the $20 price.
Oh wow, thanks for this! I had no idea they were doing a second version.
I'm going to say that I, personally, love the idea behind the Xperia Play. I fear that the rumored models that will follow will lack a physical gamepad. But I would love to consolidate my portable devices by no longer having to carry around a gaming device. Just a gamer's thought on it all.
Or, you know, you could actually make a gaming device with buttons and a touch screen that fits in your pocket.
