Interesting to note, a lot of the LPG forklights are powered by the venerable 4.3 GM V6, regardless of manufucturer, Toyota included.

If that's the throttle body at the front you can rule out the audi 4.2. Perhaps a version of the 4.8 porsche panamera/cayenne? Intake looks familiar but the throttle body looks different than what you would find on those engines.
