You're doing yourself a disservice not at least playing through XIII-2. It's just plain a fun game to play and has tons of exploration, branching-world choices, and secrets to find. Beyond that, if you can get over the story conceits the actual plot moves at a good clip and has some nice twists and turns.

You probably could, with some creative use of a riser card. After all, Alienware did it.
