Why would there be an assumption that the treatment would be inferior? Is it that doctors and staff at FQHC’s are paid less than their colleagues at a ‘normal’ hospital so perhaps wouldn’t attract the best doctors? Surely the procedures / protocols would be the same? Generally there is always an end date or renegotiation point in a contract. When licensing an IP the licensee would be required to make x number of movies in y number of years. It could be that these are long dated contracts (since movies take so long to make) so these contracts could be 20/30/40 years.
