Money?
I would say yes to all you have written apart from shortening the distance between two objects.
I think gravitational lensing is amazing. I read somewhere that someone was or is using the sun’s gravity as a lens to see deeper into space. One end of your telescope is the sun - how frikkin awesome is that? For some reason it just reminds of the EE Doc Smith and his sunbeams, missile planets and negaspheres.
Gravity doesn't bend light - as you rightly point out light has no mass. Gravity bends space-time in which light travels - hence the path light travels is bent.
You know, I get tired of all the arm chair physicists spouting on and on about science just making shit up and dark matter is crap etc, etc ad nauseum.

SPF Eleventy-gazillion then?
Well... I'm sure it will damn well wake you up
I commend this family. In how many films does the child fleeing with the family drop Mr. Pumpkin-Head or Buncy the Bear and run back for it forcing the entire family to rush back to save said child imperilling the whole unit? Strapping said play item to the child is genius.
You can if you get a lobotomy.
Epic!
Lots of young pretty "companions"! Sonic screwdrivers! Dalek appendages! K9! (ok maybe not the last one)
Bravo!
