Is anyone else shocked by how White these names are? Maybe it's just because I grew up in mostly non-White communities, but I feel like these names are shockingly White. Most of my White relatives don't have these names, so maybe my experience is limited. I'm not sure.

Yep, I do that, too! There are always a few days when I KNOW it will be really heavy, and that I should be changing my tampon more than normal, but I still ruin at least one pair of underwear per month. The only thing that helps me is to force myself to wear a thin pad AND a tampon, because otherwise I'm doomed.

It depends on who I'm dancing with. I "grind" with guys for a song or two, even if I don't know them, because that's how we dance where I come from. But I'll dance that way with my male friends, and I definitely would be uncomfortable with my friend being hard while I dance with him. If I were dancing a little more

I always falling asleep in a way that I can only explain as kind of like spooning but oppositely faced? I'm not sure if that makes sense, but I will be facing him and I'll half-curl up so my face is at his chest (which is the half-curled up position I'd sleep in with or without another person). Please tell me I'm not

I don't have a real, conversation-starting comment, or anything, but I just want t0 thank you for calling us by our real name! I love seeing people refer to us as the Haudenosaunee, rather than the Iroquois! :)

I actually know a lot of non-White people who use tanning beds, especially those of us of mixed race who are pale.

Last night I realized that Forever21 counts 12 as plus sized.... What the fuck is that about???

Eventually it just becomes frustrating instead of offensive. I remind our visitors that the image of Native Americans that they maintain is most likely one of a non-Native actor who they saw in a movie, and advise them to attend a pow wow or other local Native activity where they can see actual Natives. But thank you

I'm in the same exact boat! Half Native and people guess Middle Eastern when they find out that I'm not White. :/

Yes!! I am half Native American (and culturally involved) and ALWAYS get told that I can't possibly not be 100% White. I work at a museum and have had many visitors argue with me about how I can't be anything but White just because I don't look the way they think Natives look. I don't understand why people think it's

Am I the only one that doesn't have underbutt? I have a decent-sized ass, but it's mostly all in the middle of my butt. My friends with flat butts have more underbutt than I do. Tell me I'm not the only one!
