This change will still allow “slower” players to get great items. It just stops great players from doing silly things to get amazing items.

Jeez go look at path of exile. Some of their sets go up to $80, and most are $60.
those are full. I was doom and glooming like the original commentor.
The old vanilla multiplayer needs to die. It’s already hugely unpopular, in comparison, and just takes resources away from the part of the game people actually enjoy.
I hope they stick around. I worry about the dark days after Gabe leaves Valve. His leadership has been super consumer 1st. A money hungry CEO could ruin Steam in no time.
I’m glad Roblox has a political content section of their terms. I really don’t want to explain to my kid why playing a game called “MAGA” or <something> Isreal/Pakistan isn’t appropriate.
I’m with you.
Boy, I hope this mode catches on. It really sucks to play a BR when you’re new. Long downtimes between end of match to first combat and often you die in the first combat so you only get minimal combat practice.
I’m a PC only gamer. I have an xbox controller because the stick placement is awesome.
Can we just move the story to the other side of planet? new characters, new bugs? I really barely know the lore. I just remember slaying locust.
Gonna need more than a post that’s titled “Might be fake” and has a giant disclaimer that it’s all speculation before I grab a pitchfork for an abuse victim.
they claim shes “Taking advantage of mentally ill people”.
I just updated my app, and I dont have this option.
I think its perfect for folks with kids (like Mario odyssey). I can play it with Mario and badgeless and the game is a bit easy (until the bonus levels)
Sounds about right. The main game was easy except the bonus worlds. As someone who games 24/7, these levels were a challenge. SURE, the guys who train hardcore in the kaizo stuff will have no problem but “normal” gamers are going to find a real challenge with the bonus world.
Grr, I thought we were finally done with large titles going exclusive to Epic. I really do hope they stick around as an alternative to Steam (in case they go dark side), but I avoid them.
Saying there’s a patch on the way excuses nothing. They still launched a shitty product....and now you trust them to fix it in a decent timeframe?
Cyberpunk was a total MESS at launch. This wasn’t fans crying about an overhyped game. It literally got pulled from online stores because of how bad it was.
I’m with you. Games are bigger. AAA studios don’t take risks.
I think it just comes down to “Cant get any worse”.
