Reddit makes a lot more sense than discord.  I’m not a huge reddit fan for video games because the upvote system just creates an echo chamber, but it’s better than a fancy live chat client.

Yep, they’re not the same. Discord much closer resembles a chat room....while a forum is a forum.
Discord made a little headway with threads, but it’s not anywhere close to the same thing.

I’m sure it wont be long till someone from the speed running community claims this prize. The glitchless guys already have every room memorized.

Whole reason I came here. This was the exact line they fed the Battlefield fans. It’s an early build and most of your concerns are addressed in the final build. 8 months of pre-season bug fixes before they got new content.

I went through the effort of switching (its easy) to firefox from chrome. I was disappointed that the ram usage as fairly similar.  Granted i only keep 4 tabs open so there is probably not a lot of room for changes. 

Worked at taco bell for 11 years and we had piles of boxes to discard every day. I imagine it’s the same for every fast food joint.

I love hotkeys.  Which is odd because I hate gestures for the same reasons.  They’re impossible to figure out without outside assistance, and accidently hitting them does some really weird things.

I have a pixel. There’s a search bar at the bottom of my home screen, and at the end of it is a button to open lens.

I got a new number a couple years ago. I GET A HORRID amount of spam calls on the new number. We’re talking 8-12 a day, and an equal number of texts.

I’m not sure where I stand on if it’s “wrong” to make a game like Diablo. The reason I hate it? Because monetizing the game this way means they didn’t monetize it in a “fair” way. I can’t pay for a fair experience.

The clip just showed me he’s a streamer I will never ever watch.  Thats the beauty of Twitch though....don’t like a streamer thats ok.  YOu got 1000 others to pick from.

For those on a PC reading these and just want to see a “list” instead of flipping through 12 slides: once on slide 2 there’s a button in the top right that says “List slides”.  In there you get a list of each item and you can jump to any that sound worth it.

I played it at release. The over the top, ridiculous action cinematic instantly turned me off. It was the exactly the thing I didn’t expect from a title that had “Metal Gear” in it.

It gets much better once you beat a level and unlock “hyper” mode.  Speeds the game up a lot.

I know its not your fault Ross. I clicked the article but can’t be bothered to go through 25 slides to see your insight.

This is great.  So many games launch when it’s obvious they need more time in the oven.  It’s a bummer to get hyped and delayed, but I’d rather that happen 100 times then for it to launch poorly.
