I hadn’t even really noticed myself. I’m through about Act 3 and with the exception of maybe a couple shots of the phone in the live action bits, I actually thought they did a good job of not drawing explicit attention to stuff. Maybe I’ve been letting myself get drawn into the story to the point I don’t notice or

Just started Quantum Break this week, excited to get more into that. Probably a little Destiny in spite of myself too

Do I detect a fellow Lovely here?

I really was hoping for it to come back a little stronger than it did but I do think it was a marginally better start than last season. The shot up boat and incoming threat was intriguing and the opening shot of LA burning was pretty majestic. Outside of that.... well, outside of that I think we’re all still waiting

Re-reading it now, I can totally see how that was poorly phrased.

Honestly, I’m not sure I care if Warburton’s not involved. I might still give it a try but my excitement level is low. Not unlike trying to do a Zombieland series without of the actors from Zombieland.....

I’m sure it’s in here somewhere but in my cursory glance of the comments, I didn’t see any mention so here goes. I took Carol’s count in the notebooks to be the number of people she’s killed, tallied by location. Terminus I remember seeing and then she wrote down “Ws” for the Wolves. Short of going back and counting

I gotta say, whoever has been running the Sonic Twitter account is amazing at winning social media.

Just want to throw in one more vote of support for recaps. I’m already missing Esther’s unique voice on Arrow and even with Rob writing it, no Assorted Musings? Highly disappointed.

Oh yeah? I was always curious about Medstar. Just because it sounded so different. Never did read them though, might have to check that out

I have been waiting a long time for someone to say this. The X-Wing books, specifically the Wraiths but with love to the Rogues too, are seriously the best damn books in the EU. The Wraith Squadron books were a huge influence to me as a writer with their outstanding character development for characters you actually

Agreed, I remember Stackpole’s writing as very technical. But also agreed, these are the best in the EU. Republic Commando is next in line in my eyes though.

As much as I like this set, couldn’t they also just release a standard box set collection with the fancy artwork for those of us without a ton of display space and money but who still like box sets?

Huh. You know, the longer I think about it, that’s a really good point.

I recently read the Flash Season Zero comics (which either Berlanti or one of those producers insisted was 100% canon in a foreword) and there was an arc that introduced King Shark as he was being hunted by the Suicide Squad. Flash, of course, prevents anyone from killing each other and King Shark ultimately joins the

I gotta say, I saw this movie recently on a pre-screening and I think you captured pretty much my thoughts exactly on nearly the entirety of the movie. Good, not great. Fun, not revolutionary. Worth seeing, at least once.

If feel like if you’re gonna be pro, you should be able to adapt to the stage. Besides, those were exciting matches that were fun to watch. That kind of stuff is what makes Smash great.

I don’t think it’s even having more or fewer that’s the problem. I wish achievements were more creative. Interesting challenges or ways to sort of twist the gameplay. Not just kill 100/500/1000 of X enemy, collect.... everything, reach highest possible level in Multiplayer.

Ditto that but on the Xbox side. I’m up to about 51 completed games across 360, One, and a couple odd bird Windows games. Personally, I *like* going for completes but I do wish that more games had achievements that were more fun and less grinding/work.

Honestly, speaking of Fuller, I know its’s still a little soon but I’d say Hannibal. The way I figure it, if in say, two years, he did an 8 episode event series or mini-series for Silence of the Lambs (plenty of time to secure the rights, schedule the actors, write it) and make it an Amazon exclusive.
