Bottom line is, he offered a sharing site. He offered to let them delete content if it was in violation of the terms, and he never promoted piracy. I hope he walks away completely free of this.

This has been the biggest gripe since Android was launched. But I think the biggest issue being overlooked though is that a device that is 4+ years old will not be able to handle ICS or JB for that matter. They simply do not have the hardware to handle the new OS's.
