@battra92: Bush campaigned against stem cell use. Which is the main hurdle in stopping like 75% of illnesses that we have today. Another reason why religion and its influence must be removed from politics.

@Kocrachon: I still disagree sorry. Software or hardware. Like mentioned earlier its not illegal to root an iphone. That being said I am not condoning selling pirated material. If I purchase something. Its mine. This is what the courts will eventually revert back to ruling on cases. The problem lies in the people who

My Samsung Galaxy s still has not been given the 2.2 push. Such failure.

@Kocrachon: Wrong. Your forum example has nothing to do with owning a piece of hardware. When you 'join a forum' you agree to their terms because, you are POSTING opinions more often than not, in a PUBLIC place. When you buy something, the company that made it has NO RIGHT to tell you how to use it. If you bought a

@Kocrachon: So what are the legal bindings regarding someone who has purchased a used xbox? I also would have to look over that EULA carefully to see where it says I cannot modify it. This whole era with digital media needs to be clarified. A company cannot simply say 'I made this machine and you can never alter it'.

I tried to get into the last game and I just found it to be somewhat of a let down. I mean in the ES 3 you had to attain a certain level to get to the remote parts. Where as in the last game, you basically could go anywhere, and as you leveled up the same enemies seemed to get stronger as well.

Too bad the designer / programmer only allows for US 'zipcodes'. Failure.

It will be nice when LCD's have no borders.

@Michael Hartzler: Yea the first pic is a brown Z28? like a mid 80's...

@ECfromMI: Am I missing something? The first car is a camaro.

@Strixvaliano: So true! I am excited for Black Mesa Source also.. I wish it would release..

@achilleselbow: Same here! I gave up after not being able to find a solution to one of the levels. :( But it was a great game!

@tintinneth: I had that also for a while.. It is gone now. I turned anisotropic filtering down to half though. I wouldn't think that was the issue but who knows!

Still stuttering on and off, mouse is very twitchy. They need to steal Infinity Ward's mouse code from MW2.
