I am not sure if there is something like legal rent reduction in the US, if essential things of an apartment are broken. Here in Germany you can go to court and demand rent reduction until the defect is fixed. There are some cases there tenants didn't have to pay rent at all until their problem was fixed, in one case

Did you mean this scene?

Just some wild speculation: Maybe they don't even need to develop a PC version to run it on a PC. According to this article, all Xbox One apps and games run on some form of Windows 8. Microsoft also announced, that Windows 9 will unify Windows, Windows Phone and Xbox in some way. Theoretical Windows 9 could be build

But the difference is that in Germany the cencored version already has a 18+ rating. It wasn't censored for youth protection but because the uncensored version is violating German laws by glorifying the use of violence. (See §131 of the German Criminal Code)

People will always find vulnerabilities to exploid because of the complexity of modern systems. All you can do as a developer is to close those vulnerability. But to be able to do so, you need a system to patch your games. The Wii doesn't have such a system, that's why there are so much hackers online. On the WiiU

I used to watch the shows regulary, but Comedy Central started to block the streaming of full episodes to countries outside the US some weeks ago :(

The fact that Valve is ok with them taking money for it should speak for the mod's quality. They wouldn't let the developers charge for the game, if its quality would damage the Portal IP.

It would be interesting to hear a game developer's opinion about this topic. I always assumed that these technologies work somehow like this and that there shouldn't be a technical reason to not use them both.

The funny thing is that Viceral Games would not exist without EA because it was founded by EA.

Viceral Games isn't closed, they are currently developing Battlefield Hardline.

Do you have a link to that article where he says that he changed the mini map impementation? I couldn't find it by using Google.

Valve has removed the "Harlem Shake Code" but the actual vulnerability is still there. Gran PC, a coder of the Stanley Parable Game posted an working exploit on Twitter, after Duda got banned.

I just found some more information about the vulnerability Duda used. Gran PC, a coder of the game Stanley Parabl posted this on Twitter after Duda got banned:
