He-man fights a buff skeleton wizard across space and time with his magic sword. Barbie lives a real life in the real world as a fashion model/beach babe/dutiful wife. One of those things has a presentation of reality built in, the other is blatantly locked into fantasy zone.
This is why when barbie looks like an…
He-Man wasn't presented to us as boys as what we should want to grow up to be as men. Barbie is to girls so it's a step in the right direction that they make her at least physically resemble what an actual woman looks like.
This looks (in my eyes) 100x better than Barbie, but ... that name? Lammily? I dunno if I can get behind that.
You do get all of the content.
If you want added content you can pay for it.
$80 in 1980 is $200+ today.
80 dollars? Once you factor in inflation for 2013, games used to be like $130 bucks. The fact that games are still just 60 bucks is nothing short of a mircale, especially when you consider the games have gotten bigger, longer and are made by teams that are 10-30 times as large as the development teams of the 80's and…
I don't care about microtransactions. I care about shitty free to play, pay to win game models.
Remember when DLC came in disk form and costed $20-$30? Except then they were called expansion packs. And just like today, there were shitty expansion packs that wasted your time and money, and there were good expansion packs that actually added value to your game.
When you look at games like Borderlands 1 and 2, that release a ton of quality DLC packs after release, how can you possibly say that they held back on any content and didn't ship it with the game? The mere fact that they had to spend active development time, and released the DLC YEARS after the original game's…
I feel like this implies most of the DLC is microtransactions, which doesn't really seem accurate.
Except you didn't. Ever hear of expansion packs? Or far worse, a port to a new console with more features and absolutely no way to bridge that gap. DLC is not evil. Some of my favorite gameplay moments have come from dlc. At some point, they need to stop adding features and ship the game. Dlc allows them to add to the…
Yeah they used to have all the content, and then they never got updated. If you wanted an update you had to buy the sequel.
Remember when video games used to be like $80?
The fact that you don't need a PS+ subscription to use HBO Go automatically makes it better than XBox.
I hate how much I agree with everything you said.
Children who spent all their time screaming obscenities while playing Call of Duty rather than learning any actual social skills, and thus cannot figure out how to engender any positive attention from another human being.
Really, because it runs like an ass dipped in molasses on the 360. And get ready to puke because it's coming to PS4 eventually.
Is your fanboyism so strong that the thought of the console you didn't buy getting a video streaming app makes you sick? That's pretty sad. Grow up a bit.
Finally! Now I don't have to watch on my iPad or use PS3 media server! Sort of ridiculous I know, but this was a major issue in my life.
For some people in Japan, Sony is already dead. The only question they have is how did Sony die, or who killed it,…
