Look, if you want someone like me to replace a truck or SUV with a wagon, at least get the styling right. Square off the rear end and make the cargo area bigger. I’ve been shopping wagons lately because while I would love a SUV, the fuel economy isn’t good enough for daily driving. Every “wagon” that I’ve looked at

Squinty headlamps? Check.

Not loving it, the proportions seem off.

The sucky thing about the CRZ is that it would be AWESOME if they just left the dumb hybrid crap out of it!

“The Crosstour may have been a decent enough wagon”

I like the 2013 Mustang styling a lot, but I think they missed the chance to bring the name up to date. I mean, how long can you peddle this retro design, evolution needs to happen at some point. Spiritually the Focus ST is the new Mustang.

I rather like that euro mustang concept. They just needed to build it under a different name.

They were a bit too expensive for the market I think. Which is too bad. I find the interior on mine to be pretty high quality and the ride is fantastic in comparison to the cars normally compared to it. Well worth the few extra grand.

I can’t believe they don’t sell this one here anymore.

Usually this comes from people who are jealous of people who own one ;)

Here is the SCC concept that was the basis of the Volvo C30:

Glad to see the Villeneuve / Schumacher pass made the list. I watched it live and my heart was in my throat the whole time. Good triumphed over evil in this case. For those that don't remember, Schumacher was stripped of all season points that year for turning into JV on that pass.

Having never driven anything with parking sensors I must ask, do people rely on them that much? I've never had an issue parking the old fashioned way.

"In the meantime, there are going to be a lot of thuds."

Classic. Blame the victim.

How much does this sequence of events suck?

The super 80's/90's roll bars are the best part! Then again, I have a fetish for pop-up headlights, and rear window louvers too.

This will only work if Martin Winterkorn gets his head out of his ass and stops using the excuse "We don't understand the US market." Bull-honky! All you need to do is to look at your model line-up from 20 years ago when you were making tons of money in the US market. And guess what? You were not selling cars

Perhaps an unusual choice, but I nominate the Accord V6 sedan.

"Desperately need" is probably too strong, but I'd love a 3rd pedal option on many AMG products. C63 AMG black series is probably the best fit, but an E63 AMG wagon manual would be so cool.
