It doesn’t matter what the other car is you’re comparing it to, it will be more reliable than the Land Rover. Unless you have a (factory) warranty, stay away.

Wait, is this a Gawker Media article admonishing others for click-baiting headlines?

They might be more efficient and give you more HPs, but Turbos’s just suck (or I guess blow?) the soul out of every engine.

While I too hate chrome wheels, I think all-black wheels look terrible too, especially on black cars. Wheels need a bit of contrast to pop, and the blacked-out look just comes across as flat and cheap.

And if you asked your son to draw a sports car, he’d probably draw the shape of a 911. What’s boring and unimaginative to you might be classic and timeless to others. Shouldn’t a truck remind people of trucks anyway?

I love the complete lack of try-hard manly-man macho pretense on this truck that you get with way too many truck designs these days. This thing looks honest. Well done, Honda.

What’s funny is that nothing says “mom” more than a crossover. They’ve become the minivan of 20 years ago.

I'm more of a wagon guy, but I'd much rather drive this than another dumpy crossover. This thing looks pretty great.

Way too raked of an angle in my opinion. It’s a wagon dammit, it needs to be practical first.

I'll take a Porsche for 36k please!

Dammit, why don’t they make BMWs look like this anymore.

Yeah, the c30 with the turbo (my parents have one) has way more pickup than I was expecting. I would love that engine in my V.

It’s worked out really well for us. In 4 years of ownership the only issue we had was a driver-side window that rattled at times, which was replaced under CPO warranty. From my understanding the higher-performance, or fully loaded with gadgets, Volvos tend to have more issues. Ours is fairly basic which I don’t mind

The E-class is probably the same size as the Sable wagon. Different price points of course, but you can get them for relatively reasonable prices used.

I’d still much rather have the 6 wagon. Unfortunately the regular mid size wagon market has disappeared. Everything is either small (Golf Sportwagon/V60) or too expensive (E-Class). I want that Passat / Accord wagon class back dammit! Ive been trying to find the right car to replace our V50 for a year now. I refuse to

20 years huh? Well in that case I’m gonna take George Costanza’s advice on baldness and apply it to driving. We gotta drive dammit! Drive every precious moment as if it was the last year of our life. Because in many ways...it is.

I can’t wait for the whole blacked out look to go away. I know people like to pretend they are Batman or something, but this combo always looks so damn dull (and your wheels look like cheep stealies from far away). Black needs a little contrast to pop!

I was never really a fan of his cars and thought most of them were pretty tacky, but it’s always sad to see such a passionate car guy move on.

Blacked out cars. Everyone likes to think it makes them look like Batman or something, but on truth it makes the car look bland and boring (and like it’s riding on steelies). Black needs some contrast to pop, dammit!

That metallic burnt-orange color you see typically on low-end GM/Ford/Chrysler cars is particularly hideous.
