know what would fix this and the housing bubble? How about a natural interest rate that would reward those who save and make sure people are capable and committed to paying for new things. Its not popular but its sound economics

Design, Fit and finish materials. I think people are really drawn to the huge screen in the Model S....but honestly finger prints and the fact that its not the easiest to use really hurts it for me. I will take a rotary knob to control my HVAC anyday

Im going to say something unpopular,,,,,jeeps do not make good starter cars esp the wrangler 2 door. the tiny wheel base, high CG and live axles make it a bit of a death trap in some situations. Plus what kid leaves his car stock? he will want to lift it compounding the problem of the jeep. (jeep owner)
