Wrong - He was. He wasn’t doing it as an employee of PSU. He was doing it as an employee of his charity. You either did it at work, or privately. It was privately.

No, if he wasn’t a college football coach you’d have never heard of it.... He also probably would have never lost his pension in the first place, because we only go for punitive damages for people that everyone recognizes. He’s in prison.
It just wasn’t at the place of work that he’s being paid for... The dude’s in prison for the rest of his life. I think we got the punishment covered, here.
Isn’t the common sense stance that this ruling is correct? Why should things done privately effect your pension status?
lulwut?
No, I’m suggesting whenever a major fucking league OF nonchalantly catches the ball, after a bounce, looks over the fence and then shows the glove to the umpire, and then slowly tosses it back in while someone is rounding the bases. They’re signaling that it went over the fence. It's not little league.
Yeah - No, you actually don’t signal a ground rule double at all. We’ve started signaling them by raising our hands over our heads. In actuality, basically anything to suggest that the ball went over is signaling a ground rule double. There’s no official signal for a player to use lol
He pretty clearly was motioning that it was a ground rule double.
Did Adnan do it? Why don’t any of the podcasts about his crime ever actually give a theory? Wouldn’t Serial covering a lesser known story then Bowe’s next, be better?
“Actually..”

Using hindsight is an invaluable tool to trolling.
You didn’t like a big summer movie all that much, and you watched it twice. Movie studios would KILL for that.
To be fair, to you, had this man not had good insurance or been basically dying on the streets... they may have still given him bond to avoid the costs.
No - He’s receiving medical care. He can’t continue to use his insurance, if he’s in prison. The state takes over medical care, once you’re in prison. They’re not sending him to die, they’re sending him to continue to receive the medical care he’s currently receiving on his own dime.
Uhhh... Yes, you’re reading that correctly. He’s not a flight risk, and he’d cost thousands of dollars to treat while he awaits trial. More people should be given bond, not less.
Did you just write an article with the Headline “GM GOES ROGUE IN CUTTING FRED JACKSON” and then, in it, describe how he made a smart decision that he discussed with the owners?
I don’t really want to hang out with someone that talks about himself in the 3rd person, anyways. Let me know if you hit up that VFW, man!
Will Leitch be making a stop in Mattoon/Charleston? I’m guessing yes, and that’s a little more convenient for me :)
While it’s a big scam, as someone that lives in STL, it totally would have won the public vote anyways.
Thinking that Jose Fernandez would ever throw at someone’s head, with a 97 MPH fastball, just tells me how ignorant you are about baseball. One of the best dudes around, in sports.
