I have no idea why you think that I think Eric Garner justifiably died, or even Tamir Rice did lol. You must be a peach to spend time with.

You're a moron. How many photos would you like? One out of every three pregnancies end in a loss. It's amazing that you find it so hard to believe that you're talking to someone that had it happen. We run a support group, affiliated with SHARE, for parents that have lost a child.
You are. However, if you choose to wave one that is made to not look like a toy, you certainly do have a risk of it being taken as a real gun. Not that he deserved to be shot, of course, he was a child.
It was a toy that was impossible to distinguish as a toy, at the time. Hindsight is an amazing thing.
Seriously? Fine. Here. Meet Gavin David and Parker Lee. I don't see why that was your response, though. They passed away due to a mistake during birth made by our OBGYN, after being born at 23 weeks. I won't post pics of my 2 living children, because that's weird and you seem like a bit of a creepy fella.
Huh? You know how I feel? Weird feeling.
Meh.. She's been married a few times. That's probably semantics.
I'm not arguing that... at all. People get shot all the time that aren't breaking the law.
Oh I'm aware. I picked it.
I have two, and have had two others die shortly after death... that would probably be considered tragic, I guess, due to a surgeon malpractice. Thanks for joining the conversation though.
That's usually the way people react when they finally get someone's point. Have a good one!
They're not mutually exclusive. The correct reaction would have been to demand the gun to be put down, or give some sort of warning. They didn't do that, and thus they reacted in the wrong way to someone have a real weapon.
huh? In what way am I the one crying, while you're replying to this type of article lol?
I never said he should have been shot. I said they weren't wrong for reacting as if he had a real gun. That doesn't mean the way they reacted was correct. People wanted them to show up to the scene and be like, "Oh? That's a toy gun. Never mind."
I don't see how this is relevant. That man should have never been shot... Just like Tamir Rice should have never been shot. Or at least, I don't see why you're sharing that in response to me.
I'm glad that you feel comfortable making a distinction between an unmarked realistic toy gun, and a gun, in a public park. Obviously not everyone is on your level of skill.
I'd say your thinking is, sadly. I wasn't saying Tamir Rice should be dead. I was saying that we shouldn't act surprised that he's dead, when he's carrying an unmarked toy gun. I wasn't talking about those other cases, or anything. I was talking about Tamir Rice. Of course he should still be alive, he was a child that…
He was carrying an umarked toy gun. That's a gun, if you have to decide on how to act with it present.
No one has the right to carry a toy gun that is unable to be distinguished as a toy gun, and then act surprised when someone thinks it's a real gun. Whatever that means for your consequences depends on the person doing the distinguishing.. but no, a child (or a adult) is not allowed to carry an unmarked toy gun and…
He carried a toy gun, that was no longer marked as a toy... That's a gun. As is the gun in your photo, for anyone that needs to make the distinction. I don't know.. That guy wasn't killed because of his stylish hat, I assume?
