The corvette still doesn't have the incredibly useful option this had years ago - the hardtop convertible. Fabric roof convertibles are huge compromises - they aren't secure and they aren't particularly good at all in non-top-down weather. Sure the vette has a targa roof option, but that's pretty far from a refined

I don't see the Ford mess anywhere - half of their product portfolio is one platform anymore

you missed a good one

This reminds me when I bought my 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer. There were two options:

No man

Wow that brings back memories.

Police departments and taxi companies kept these things running long into the new century, even though GM got rid of them in 1996. There are still plenty of them on the road and they have held decent value if they aren't completely ragged out.

I spent some time job searching in a slow market in 2009-2010, and I had a number of interviews where I had offers on the table for less than I was making, I decided to just go do what I wanted to do, and I took a pay cut to do it.

New cars have absolutely increased in price far faster than salaries have grown, of course they're going to be more out of reach for someone starting out new.

I want a modern version of the 69-72 Blazer badly - this to me is an absolute win and hands down one of the most versatile vehicles ever made. Much like the Avalanche, you have a true V8, 1/2 ton body on frame design, with both rear seats and a small cargo area, or no rear seats and a pretty useful bed. The blazer

I think gold anything on cars is absolutely terrible, but I'm willing to accept its existence on the Turbo Trans Ams.

The software to tune my aftermarket fuel injection setup is around 8-10 years old and still uses a serial port for communication. It's a pain in the ass since the serial to usb converters are finicky, and I keep an old Win XP laptop alive since it's a pain to make it run in anything newer.

That's actually generally a negative on a road trip, since you'll be surrounded on the highway by cars going exactly the speed limit and not a single MPH more. It used to happen all the time with my brother's white Caprice 9c1.

You missed a huge one - retard.

I saw these on reddit yesterday and I went out and bought 4 sets of them for my house today at lunch (at Lowes). I have a ceiling fan in both bedrooms, the living room and the dining room. I've had these ceiling fans in my house for years - 2 of the 4 I installed a full 10 years ago, and yet I frequently grab the

I'm a professional web developer and I've been at 4 jobs in 13 years. Even though I think my resume is pretty good and I'm an appealing candidate, despite many jobs applied for in my few job searches, 3 of the 4 opportunities came through people I knew directly.

I built an HTPC last year running Windows 7 with Media Center. I'm using a Ceton Infinitv 4 internal card. I used all budget parts so the entire system was about $250 + the other $200 for the Ceton card. I'm pretty pleased with it overall, especially since I set it up to auto-reboot on a scheduled task in the

I used to embrace this idea on my summer vacations years ago for two reasons - 1.I'm a web developer and I spend too much time staring at a glowing lcd screen and 2.Internet was less accessible at the small beach communities I usually vacation at.

I saw a framed picture I really liked in a restaurant while on vacation last year. I took a picture with my phone and figured out who took the picture and where to buy it.
