Here is an updated story:

Contracts can’t supersede the laws of the land. That is it. You can put whatever you want into the terms of service but if they go against established laws your terms are voided. Just because something is legal in one country does not mean it will be legal in another.

Most guy’s I know don’t want to hang out in the bathroom. Real world example here. My job was remodeling the restrooms and they asked a large group of us guys what we wanted in the bathroom.

You are not increasing the risk. Transgendered males that identify as females have been going to the ladies room without permision for a long ass time. Transgendered females that identify as males have been doing the same.

social stigma. I was at the carwash and the mens room was occupied, so I went to the womens room. Did my business, washed the hands, left and the look I got from the old lady waiting for me was pretty priceless.

I do the same thing, only for myself. I go to the mens room but if that bitch is full I go to whatever bathroom is availble, because I am not going to win an argument with mother nature.
