I would go even further and say that all characters have the charisma of a 2x4. I really hoped I like this show because Nihei you know but I was sighing and no-noing while watching those boring teenagers.

I tried watching Knights of Sidonia, until episode 2 where it made a really childish sight joke about female catheters causing all the girls to blush and I was all NOPE. Not only was it a good sign that the show was for teenagers, it also was a pretty good sign that the writers for the show had either very little idea…
